The apartment implements the earth tones, with marble, gold steel and wooden slivers and other materials, and different sizes of pendants and decorations to enhance the texture and visual effect of the unit.
 
With also the same of earth tones, the master room is softer than the living room, with a special curved bedside feature wall that was made of different textures and tones of palpable cloth and leather, bringing out a different feeling of embracing.
 
The apartment includes two guestrooms, one of which is the room for daughter. It has a relatively small space of less than 50 square feet. The designer planned a full-height sliding-door wardrobe to the room to make use of every corner of the unit.
 
 Another room is a multifunctional room with a window glass workbench, which is usually used by the owner as a study room. There is also an electric counter bed, which can also be used as guestroom when friends visit.

The owner of the unit loves green, and the designer adopts emerald green as the design theme of the unit, with the use of different shades of green and bronze as a foil to highlight the luxurious texture. In addition, many luxury elements have been added to the house.
 
When designing the unit for the guests, the designer also specially matched the furniture for the guests. He  chose a pair of hanging green drop-shaped speakers for the living room, and in the dining room, he chose a unique gem green crystal dining table from Italy. At the same time, it also acquired the crystal lamp brand used by the French royal family, and specially made some green fasteners for the head of the household. The crystal lamp was added as a point to gather; the special dark green marble can also be seen on the outer wall and wall of the master room toilet, showing nobleness Luxurious style.
 
I believe that the issue of space will also be an element considered by many householders. For the apartment with area size of 748 square feet, overuse of dark green will make the unit appear oppressive. The designer therefore added bronze-colored gold steel, oak-colored wood grain and light gray marble for reducing the sense of oppression and highlighting the elegant and noble sense of gem green in the unit.
 
The unit adopts a more advanced home intelligent system, and the controllable range includes general lighting, curtains, air-conditioning, etc., and can also control the entire house’s Hi-FI audio-visual system, which made the guests can easily change the lighting effects through the intelligent system to create different atmospheres and add refinement.

經典綠寶石 極致奢華智能家居

單位戶主喜愛綠色，設計師採用寶石綠作為單位的設計主題，並以不同深淺度的綠色以及古銅色作為襯托，突顯奢華質感。除此以外屋內已加入不少奢華元素。

設計師為客人設計單位時亦有特意為客人配搭傢俬，在客廳電視兩旁的喇叭設計師選用了一對懸掛式的綠色水滴形喇叭，在飯廳則選購了來自意大利的獨一無二寶綠色水晶飯桌，同時亦加入法國皇室御用的水晶燈品牌，亦特別為戶主訂造一些綠色扣件加入水晶燈作為點聚；在主人房廁所的外牆以及牆身亦可見特別訂造的深綠色雲石，彰顯高貴奢華的氣派。

空間感的問題，相信亦會是不少戶主考慮的元素，屋內室內面積只有748平方呎，選用過多深綠色會令單位顯得壓迫。設計師因此加入古銅色的金鋼、橡木色的木紋以及淺灰色的雲石平衡較深色穩重的綠色，減少壓迫感之餘更突顯寶石綠色在單位內的高雅貴氣感。

單位採用較先進的家居智能系統，可控範圍除了包括一般的燈光、窗簾、冷氣等，亦可以操控全屋的Hi-FI影音系統。因此設計師亦刻意位單位加入較多的滲光位置包括客廳沙發背後的牆身、走廊入口位置、樓梯，讓客人可以輕易透過智能系統改變燈光效果，製造不同的氣氛，更添精緻。

The unit consists of four bedrooms, two sets and one living room. In order to meet the daily needs of the head of the household while they often greet relatives and friends, the designer changed two of the guest rooms into a side room tea area and an open cloakroom to expand the owner’s activity space, which is more suitable to their lifestyle.
 
The floor of the apartment is equipped with durable wood-grain rubber flooring, and with simple floral lines that run through the walls and doors. The chandeliers in different corners of the unit and the gold steel dots, beige and dark blue colors help to create simple and noble home.
 
The positions of air-conditioners of the living room and the master room have been changed with modifying the ceiling beams and covering it with a steel frame to highlight the luxurious texture of this high-rise unit. The reposition also helps to increase the ceiling storage space, and the steel frame is extraordinarily elegant and concise.
 
There are display cabinets and display racks of different sizes in the living room for the owner to place ceramic decorations. Among them, the wall-mounted display cabinets in the partial hall are equipped with a mirror bottom, which brings an extended visual effect to the entire tea area and enhances the sense of space.
 
The new walk-in closet in the master bedroom is also separated from the sleeping area by a steel screen, with multiple tall wardrobes and handbag display racks. The master bedroom, dominated by beige and dark blue, echoes the color scheme of the living room.

The apartment is equipped with a variety of materials, including marble, metal, and wood etc., to create a noble feeling. To highlight the elegance and extravagance of a unit, marble is definitely the best choice for the unit. The designer used marble in different color positions in this unit, which its unique texture can make the whole space more atmospheric and fashionable.
 
The white marble on the feature wall of the living room with light-colored texture and simple TV cabinet makes the whole living room more concise and generous. In addition to the marble, wooden strips and gold steel bars are added on both sides of the TV feature wall, and the spotlights of the ceiling are used as decoration also to enhance the appearance of the entire TV wall and illuminates the design of the marble wall.
 
Not only the feature wall on TV side, the designer also chose to lay marble on the floor of the dining room. The bright marble has a simple texture and echoes the marble on the wall. The coffee table and dining table with the marble pattern are added and here comes a more holistic feeling. At the same time, the side table and the countertops of the display cabinets in the unit also made of marble to echo the whole house. The use of marble on a large area is also a common design in modern style. It is atmospheric and stylish, and enriches the details of the whole house.
 
In addition to marble, the use of steel also covers different corners of the whole house. For example, the ceiling, screens and wall design all use an appropriate amount of steel to add an elegant but not tacky texture to the unit.
 
The chandelier in the dining room also implies rose gold steel to enrich the details of the entire residential design.

The 2000ftHong Kong Garden Project in Mid-Levels has now been completed. The warm and enveloping design style will bring a new experience to the head of the household.
 
As soon as you enter the unit, you will see the marble feature wall in the dining room and the feature display cabinet in the living room. Among them, the designer designed a three-dimensional memory wall in the living room for the family who love to travel, and acquire souvenirs and furnishings from all over the world. With the effect of light penetration, the whole layout is greatly enhanced.
 
What can’t be ignored is the curved design in the unit. The feature wall of the TV in the living room and the headboard of the master room, matched with the texture of different wallpapers, bring out a warm and enveloping feeling to the entire space.

This case uses a calm dark wood color as the main theme. There are multiple dark brown mirrored walls in the living and dining room, which greatly increases the sense of space. With different shades of marble walls and floors, it creates a gradual effect to bring out lifestyle. The designer uses different materials such as mirrors, light and space intervals to match the interior design of the dark wood color to maintain a balance between enhancing the sense of space, and creating elegant and large homes through texture. The shelves, dining tables and ceilings of the living and dining rooms are also designed with wood grain, and the dark living room furnishings are complemented by the colors and the entire atmosphere, making it feel relaxed and elegant. The living room is also equipped with a large wine cabinet and B&O audio equipment, turning the entire living room into a small club. The design of the master bedroom and the dining room are closely linked. It can be seen that the floor and walls are replaced with a dark wood grain design, while the dressing table and bedside table are designed to complement each other with wood grain tones similar to the floor.

The office design and engineering project fir Hengfeng Securities in Central has now been completed. The simple and clean design style bring visitors a new experience.

After exiting the elevator door, you wciykd see a floor-to-ceiling marble feature wall with the light seepage effect on both sides. Also, the wooden strip design on the wall and the rounded corner design of the marble countertop at the reception area creates a stylish and simple space.

This project is designed based on modern European design, with warm light colors as the background color of the space, and white and beige to create a warm and elegant home environment and atmospheric. The spatial pattern with unique primary and secondary makes the whole unit distinct. A glass display cabinet has been added to the living room to display the homeowner’s accessories, which also demonstrates the homeowner’s unique taste in life.
